1¼ c. all purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 egg
2 T. milk.
In a small bowl, combine flour and salt.
Make a well in the center.
Beat eggs and milk; pour in well. Stir together to form dough.
Turn dough on floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Roll into 12x9 rectangle.
Cut strips into 1 inch pieces (I use a pizza cutter, or Pampered Chef cutouts). Bring broth or soup to a simmer; add noodles. Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
We like these a lot better than store bought egg noodles. :)
