Ok, I lost my camera, but today, we threw cups of hot, almost boiling water off the front porch and made instant snow!!! It was so fun! We had a ball!
So then we got to thinking...hmmm.
We made homemade bubble solution. We tried it and it worked fantastic. We used corn syrup instead of glycerine. So much better bubbles!
Pampered Chef makes the BEST bubble blowers. You take a measure all and use the outside and dip and blow. HUGE bubbles. We tried Pampered Chef's potato masher, pastry blender and the citrus press! It was magnificent! So many bubbles!! Then we tried it in warm air and cold air. The cold air made them last longer and they floated up over the roof! I can't wait to try another experiment! Any ideas??
Here is the recipe. It will be in my cookbook too!
Best Ever Bubbles
1 cup water
2 tablespoons light karo syrup
4 tablespoons dishwashing liquid
Mix together and have fun!

You did the hot water than proceeded to kick it up about a thousand notches! I'll have to try some of the bubble recipes, we've used the glycerine...will have to experiment!
